It's paint, water, powder; madness- with a twist. We've invited our friends (the bands) to ensure you have an experience like no other. You can choose to party with Genesis the Band, Masmani, Decoded Carnival and Pulse Warriors at XTRA Stink and Dutty at the Guyana National Stadium.
